Advertising in the Festival Program
Reach over 4,000 high school theatre students, faculty, and administrators in only three days!  The Festival program is provided to each participant and includes:

 Advertising Rates
  • Full Page - (8.5” x 11”) - $500 
  • Half Page - (8.5” x 5.5”) or (4.25" x 11") - $300 
  • Quarter Page - (4.25” x 5.5”) or (8.5 x 2.75") - $175
  • Eighth of a Page - (4.25" x 2.75") - $100
Technical Requirements of Ads:
  • Select ad size and submit payment online when completing your exhibitor registration. 
  • All ads are black and white.
  • All ads must be predesigned. Preferred submission format is camera ready.  Preferred submission is in .eps format (300 dpi or higher in .jpeg format is also acceptable). 
  • All ads must be submitted via e-mail by November 1, 2013.  Click here to send.

Marketing Opportunities
Looking for a way to heighten your visibility at this year's Festival?  In addition to placing an advertisement in the Festival program, consider these options:
  • Festival Lanyards - Your company name, website, and/or logo proudly displayed around the necks of approximately 4,000 Festival participants.  
  • Student Monitor T-Shirts - There will be over a hundred student volunteers acting as monitors for this year's Festival.  Each of them will be wearing a t-shirt with your logo/graphic displayed on the front or back. 
  • Goodie Bags - Have "goodies" with your logo or company information that you want placed in the Goodie Bags provided to all workshop presenters and other exhibitors?  Send them our way...  Everyone always likes a Goodie Bag!

Sponsor an Event or Activity
Your participation in the Illinois High School Theatre Festival is greatly appreciated.  How can you give your financial support to our event?
  • Become a title sponsor of the Opening Ceremony and receive a full page ad in the program, in addition to verbal recognition during opening speeches.  (viewed by 4,000 participants)
  • Sponsor an All-State Company meal and receive a 1/2 page ad in the All-State program. (viewed by 4,000 participants)
  • Sponsor the lunch for all college/university auditors and receive a full page ad in the Festival program (viewed by 4,000 participants), not to mention much appreciation from all involved.
  • Underwrite the printing expense of our Opening Ceremony or All-State programs (viewed by 4,000 participants) and receive a full page ad in the respective program.
  • Sponsor a Friday evening student activity and receive recognition in the Festival program.
  • Underwrite an expense associated with the All-State production and receive notice in the All-State program.

In-Kind Donations

If you would like to make an in-kind donation of goods, services, and/or funds to the Festival, we would like to thank you by offering free ad space in the Festival program.  All in-kind donors are entitled to an ad space equal to 10% of the amount of the donation.  

Other Contributions

The Illinois Theatre Association is appreciative of any contributions you can make into two very important Illinois High School Theatre Festival funds:
  • Julie Anne Nelson Memorial Fund - contributions help offset the expenses of the Festival and provide scholarship opportunities to schools needing assistance with registration fees.
You may make a contribution by including an amount in your on-line school registration form (instructions will be posted there).  You may also call the ITA office directly at 312-265-5922 and pay over the phone with a credit card, or you may send a check made payable to Illinois Theatre Association to:

If you are sending a check, please indicate (on the memo line) which fund you would like to support. Leaving the memo line blank will designate "No Preference."

All contributions are tax-deductible -- the ITA is a 501(c)3 Corporation -- and will be acknowledged with a thank you letter, and listed on this page of the website.  If you wish for your contribution to be anonymous, please include a note with your check.
