Thank You To Everyone Who Auditioned and Interviewed!  You Did Make It A Very Difficult Decision!!!!!!

You should have received an email of acceptance or apologies.

If You Do Not Have This Email By July 1st…1st check your spam folder…if not, then please email ALLSTATE2010@Gmail.com Right Away.

If You Were Selected For The Company- CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!

You Must Submit The Contract and Permission Slip Forms.  Download Them…Print Them…And Send Them to Mark Begovich, All-State Producer, 1755 S. Wolf Rd., Des Plaines IL 60018.  NO FAXES or EMAILS will be accepted.

Also, You Must Complete The Following 2 Forms ON-LINE:

• Press Release Information

All of this work MUST be Done By July 18, 2009.

In addition, if you are still missing a signature on a form from Auditions…Please Submit Those Immediately!!!!  We know some of you still need a principal’s signature…But We Must Have Them By July 18th for You To Remain A Part Of The Production.

Also, please print a copy of the directions and financial Info for your information.
